You SUCK! 
I am so frustrated with your products and lack of service.  I have to PAY just to talk to someone about a defect I feel is poor manufacturing on your part?!  I refuse.  And now I will not be purchasing your products in the future!!!

oh no!! that sucks, lee! i've never had any trouble with their customer service. i can't believe they're charging you to talk to someone. :( that's sucky.
