I bought one of these levitation sticks or Flow Wand at Return to Roots last month. I've been practicing with it along side my hoop. Its a lot of fun and am learning how to control it with smaller, more precise movements. It's fun when you get in a flow and the momentum gets going. I'd eventually like to get a longer string on it and work more on the non-string hand illusions. Here are some of the video's I've come across that are giving me inspiration:

That's awesome. I bought a flow wand a while ago in hopes I could learn at spinout, but the teacher had to back out! It has been sitting on my shelf because I have no motivation to teach myself. boooo. Love these videos though! :)
